MY CONNECTION TO THE TRADES IS PERSONAL AND GENERATIONAL
With over a decade in construction management—as a General Manager of a roofing company and HR Director for a construction employer of over 100 team members—I’ve spent my career working alongside the incredible people who build and maintain the world around us.
On a personal level, my family's history is steeped in the skilled trades. I’ve been married for over 25 years to my husband Isaiah who has been in the roofing industry for almost ten years, and now the General Manager of a roofing company. My grandfather began his career in an aluminum factory and retired there. My father worked as a CNC machinist until his retirement a few years ago. Today, my oldest son works in the roofing industry, my middle son has a natural talent and love for carpentry, and my youngest is thriving in a manufacturing job right here in Redmond, Oregon.
The trades aren’t just my passion—they're my family’s PROUD legacy.
